In the fall of 2021, a dispute over a food order at a fast-food restaurant in Albany, New York, tragically escalated, ending the life of 36-year-old Andrew Miller. The male victim was fatally shot on November 15, 2021, outside of a combination KFC/Taco Bell located on Delaware Avenue.
