Andrew Miller, a 36-year-old resident of Albany, NY, tragically lost his life on November 18, 2021. The incident occurred outside a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant on Delaware Avenue. According to reports, Miller was involved in a dispute over a food order with an employee of the restaurant. The altercation escalated, resulting in Miller being shot in the torso. He was subsequently transported to Albany Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
