Jamere Chapman, a 16-year-old boy from Manhattan, NY, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2021. He was shot outside the Wagner Houses, a public housing complex in East Harlem, around 3:04 p.m. Law enforcement sources reported that Chapman lived down the block from the complex.
