Jorge Rodriguez, a 19-year-old resident of East Harlem, Manhattan, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2018. He was shot in the head while celebrating a friend's birthday on Academy Street in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan. The incident occurred around 3:15 a.m. when a group of men opened fire on the gathering.
