Rosetta Ewell, a 30-year-old woman from Manhattan, NY, tragically lost her life on July 24, 2015. The incident occurred in a Harlem building where she had just dropped off her two-year-old daughter at a day care center. As she was heading to the elevator, she was confronted by her estranged boyfriend, Eugene Miller, who was reportedly angry that she would not reconcile with him.
