Detective First Grade Jason Rivera, aged 22, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2022, in Manhattan, NY. Rivera, along with his partner Detective Wilbert Mora, responded to a domestic disturbance call at an apartment on 119 West 135th Street in Harlem. Upon arrival, they spoke with the suspect's mother and proceeded to the rear of the apartment to interview the suspect.
