In the early morning hours of January 22, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in the South Bronx that cut short the life of 33-year-old Shamel Amos. A resident of Richmond Plaza, Amos was gunned down near a warehouse at 805 East 139th St. in what authorities have described as a drive-by shooting.
