In the late hours of a Saturday, on June 4, 2022, the life of 34-year-old Jah-Quan Owens was tragically cut short in Albany, New York. Owens, a father to fourteen children, was found with a gunshot wound to his torso in a parking lot on Central Avenue, between Partridge Street and Manning Boulevard. The call for help went out around 11 p.m., and upon their arrival, police discovered Owens injured. He was quickly transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital, but his wound proved to be fatal, and ...
