In the late hours of a Saturday, on June 4, 2022, the life of 34-year-old Jah-Quan Owens was tragically cut short in Albany, New York. Owens, a father to fourteen children, was found with a gunshot wound to his torso in a parking lot on Central Avenue, between Partridge Street and Manning Boulevard.
