On a Tuesday evening in New Orleans, the life of Sharon Ann Pulley, a 60-year-old retired teacher, was tragically cut short. On April 18, 2017, at approximately 9:17 p.m., the New Orleans Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 2200 block of Athis Street in the Gentilly neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered a grim scene with three individuals having been shot.
