Alan Downer, a 61-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on June 11, 2019, due to complications from injuries sustained in two separate shootings that occurred in 1986. The first incident took place on June 22, 1986, at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Carey Street, where Downer was shot. Just a few months later, on September 9, 1986, at around 1:50 p.m., he was shot again in the 3900 block of West Northern Parkway.
