On a Monday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a gathering of people on Warfield Avenue was shattered by sudden violence. A man, described by police as Hispanic, opened fire into the crowd, forever altering the lives of those present. Among them was Connie Millner, a 54-year-old woman.
