In the early morning hours of a Wednesday in January 2011, the quiet of a Suitland, Maryland neighborhood was shattered by violence. Responding to a call at approximately 2:30 a.m., Prince George's County police officers arrived at the 3500 block of Terrace Drive to find a young man suffering from gunshot wounds.
