Afamefuna Jamaine Onkuwa, a 22-year-old resident of Landover, Maryland, was tragically found dead on September 14, 2011, in Beltsville, Maryland. Onkuwa was discovered by police in the early hours of the morning, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound on the 4600 block of Garrett Avenue.
