Death by Force

Cesar Zayas, a 30-year-old resident of Beltsville, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on May 24, 2019. The incident occurred at his home located in the 11000 block of Roby Avenue. Police were called to the scene around 6:10 p.m. and found Zayas deceased inside the residence. The investigation revealed that Akram Hussein, a 25-year-old man from Temple Hills, was responsible for the shooting.
