In the quiet residential neighborhood of Brentwood, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Eisenhower Kevin Victor was tragically cut short on the night of December 9, 2011. A Black/African American male, Victor was a beloved son, brother, and grandson, known for his time as a high school football player at Northwestern High School, where he played both running back and linebacker. He was remembered by those who knew him as someone who had never been in trouble and was well-liked by everybody.
