Brian Keith Tann, a 43-year-old resident of Landover, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2012. The incident occurred when Tann was fatally shot, leading to a significant investigation by local authorities. The suspect in this case, Thomas Everett Chester III, was identified and subsequently turned himself in to the police. Chester, who was 21 years old at the time, was charged with first-degree murder in connection with Tann's death.
