James L. Bowen, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away at the age of 78 on December 10, 2009, in Cheverly, Maryland. His death marked the end of a life filled with meaningful relationships, love, and dedication to his family. James leaves behind his children, Michael A. Bowen and Rebecca L.
