Nicholas Andrew Battle, a 21-year-old resident of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was found dead on December 27, 2012. His body was discovered inside a vehicle near the intersection of Pepper Mill Drive and Drylog Street, approximately half a mile from his home on West Mill Road.
