William Douglass Treadwell, aged 42, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was fatally shot in the head in the 1600 block of Wolfe Street in East Baltimore’s Broadway East neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. that evening. Treadwell was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital shortly after the incident. The shooting occurred near Wolfe Liquors at the corner of East Lanvale and Wolfe streets, where neighbors witnessed the tragic event.
