Jaleesa Brooks, a 24-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on October 5, 2014. She was fatally shot in the neck in her apartment located in the 5000 block of Raintree Way, northeast Baltimore. The incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon, and despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Jaleesa succumbed to her injuries.
