In the summer of 2019, a tragic event cut short the life of Dominique Edmonds, a 32-year-old female from Baltimore, Maryland. On the afternoon of August 3rd, she was discovered in the driver's seat of a vehicle on Seminole Avenue. She had been shot multiple times in the head and body. Medical personnel transported her to a local trauma center, but her injuries proved to be fatal, and she was pronounced dead.
