McKenzie Elliott, a 3-year-old girl, was tragically killed on August 1, 2014, while standing on her family's porch in the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting involving members of the Old York Money Gang, who were in the middle of a violent feud with a rival group. McKenzie was struck by a stray bullet, which also injured two bystanders.
