In a quiet Southwest Baltimore neighborhood, the morning of May 28, 2015, was shattered by a grim discovery that brought shock and sadness to the community. Inside their home on Upmanor Road, 31-year-old Jennifer Jeffrey Browne and her young seven-year-old son, Kester 'Tony' Browne, were found dead, both having been shot in the head.
