In the early morning hours of February 6, 1999, a night out with friends for Hien Minh Pham, a 20-year-old Asian male, ended in tragedy in a Taco Bell parking lot in Portland, Oregon. What began as a late-night food run escalated into a violent confrontation that would ultimately claim his life.
