On the morning of December 31, 2003, 16-year-old Aaron Prasad-King was found gravely injured after multiple gunshots were heard near N. Missouri Avenue and N. Mason Street in Portland, Oregon. He was discovered in an alley between N. Missouri and N. Michigan Avenue by individuals delivering newspapers. Despite being rushed to a hospital, Aaron succumbed to his injuries two days later, on January 2, 2004.
