Do you know who killed Roystrom \Roy\ Evalt in 1985? In a gravel parking area off of Northeast Marine Drive in Portland, Oregon, the life of Roystrom Roy Evalt, a 41-year-old Caucasian male, came to a violent end in November of 1985. On the 13th of that month, police were called to the 10,000 block to investigate a report of a possible deceased person in a parked vehicle. There, they discovered Mr. Evalt's body inside his 1969 brown Chevrolet Stepvan. An autopsy would later reveal that he had died from apparent stab wounds.
