Do you know who killed Roystrom \Roy\ Evalt in 1985?
On November 13, 1985, Roystrom “Roy” Evalt, a 41-year-old man, was found murdered in a gravel parking area along NE Marine Drive in Portland, Oregon. His body was discovered inside his 1969 Chevrolet Stepvan, where he had been living. An autopsy later revealed that he had been fatally stabbed. Evalt was described as a semi-transient individual who had converted his van for living and was known to be very trusting, possibly making him vulnerable.
