Lorad Warner

In the summer of 2015, the life of Lorad Warner, a 23-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of July 28th, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of West Cold Spring Lane. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Warner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the location, another victim of the gun violence that plagued the city.
