Arthur Allen, aged 44, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2020, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Roundview Road near Cherryland Road in South Baltimore. Arthur Allen was fatally shot, and the Baltimore Police Department quickly launched an investigation into the homicide.
