Zella Ziona, a 21-year-old transgender woman, was tragically killed on October 15, 2015, in Montgomery Village, Maryland. Ziona was found with a gunshot wound to the head in an alley separating the Montgomery Village Plaza and Montgomery Village Crossing shopping centers.
