In a tragic and senseless act of violence, 16-year-old Jericka Chambers, a female, lost her life in Greenbelt, Maryland. The incident, which occurred on May 31, 2010, stemmed from a trivial dispute over a bottle of tattoo ink. Chambers, a high school freshman from Landover, had arranged to meet with 21-year-old Rydell Estep and his twin brother, Darnell Estep, at the Empirian Village apartment complex to get a tattoo.
