Jericka Chambers, a 16-year-old girl from Greenbelt, Maryland, tragically lost her life on May 31, 2010, following a violent altercation over tattoo ink. On that fateful night, Jericka and her friends visited the Empirian Village apartment complex to meet with Rydell Estep and his brother for a tattoo session.
