Isaiah Deloatch, a 4-year-old boy from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically died on January 30, 2016, after accidentally shooting himself. The incident occurred in the 400 block of North Athol Avenue in southwest Baltimore. According to reports, Isaiah found a gun in the home and accidentally discharged it, resulting in a fatal head injury. He was immediately taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
