Marcus Fogg, a 19-year-old from Capitol Heights, MD, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2016. The incident occurred in Seat Pleasant, MD, where police responded to a shooting on the 6700 block of James Farmer Way. Upon arrival, officers found Fogg suffering from a gunshot wound inside a home. He was immediately transported to Prince George's Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
