Cedric Nathaniel Holmes

In the early evening of September 15, 2009, a sense of tragedy befell an industrial area of Capitol Heights, Maryland, just a stone's throw from the Washington D.C. line. It was there, in the 1700 block of Olive Street, that 30-year-old Cedric Nathaniel Holmes of Bowie, Maryland, was found. He had been fatally shot, his life brought to an untimely and violent end around six o'clock that evening. The male victim's death would not remain an unsolved act of violence for long.
