Death by Force

Dumonique Espinal, a 30-year-old Oakland resident, was fatally shot on October 29, 2016, in West Oakland. The incident occurred late at night, and Espinal was discovered by Oakland Police officers responding to reports of gunfire. She was found in a vehicle on the 1000 block of 24th Street and was pronounced dead at the scene.
