Nicole Marcy

On July 19, 2023, at approximately 4:45 a.m., 26-year-old Nicole Marcy was fatally shot in the 1200 block of 18th Avenue in East Oakland, California. Marcy, a Seattle native who had been residing in Oakland, was reportedly chased by the assailant before being shot at close range as she lay on the sidewalk.
