Latrelle Parker, a 48-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost her life on July 2, 2016. Parker, along with her 22-year-old son Ezra Glenn, was fatally shot in her apartment located on the 3300 block of MacArthur Boulevard. The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. on that fateful Saturday.
