In the quiet residential neighborhood of Brandywine, Maryland, the afternoon of May 2, 2016, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 22-year-old Ra'Shaad Hargrave. A male resident of nearby Waldorf, Hargrave was discovered on a roadway in the 15100 block of General Lafayette Boulevard, suffering from gunshot wounds.
