Trayvon Dashawn Briscoe, a 21-year-old resident of Brooklyn, Maryland, was found dead on the evening of November 4, 2016. According to reports, police responded to a call about shots fired near Levin Road and Alley 16 in Brooklyn. Upon arrival, officers discovered Briscoe's body in an alley, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the upper body. Fire Department personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
