In the quiet, early morning hours of January 14, 2017, the life of 32-year-old Ricardo Andrew Footes of Hyattsville, Maryland, was tragically cut short. Just after midnight, officers were called to the 8800 block of Barlowe Road in Glenarden, where they discovered Footes inside an SUV, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
