In January of 2017, a 49-year-old Caucasian woman named Dawn Longo Rowe was found deceased in her Parkton, Maryland home in a case that authorities would ultimately deem a murder-suicide. Concern first arose when Rowe, a dedicated professional, uncharacteristically failed to show up for her job for over a week. Her worried co-workers, unable to reach her by phone, eventually contacted the police to request a welfare check at her residence on Dairy Road.
