In the cold of a Baltimore winter, tragedy struck on January 24, 2017, when 34-year-old Kelvin Armstead, a male, was found deceased in a home in the 3900 block of Kenyon Avenue. His death was the result of a double shooting, an event that also claimed the life of 30-year-old Stephanie Hullihen.
