Walter Jaquan Whitehead, a 22-year-old resident of Salisbury, Maryland, was found dead on April 14, 2017, in the backyard of a home located on Flower Hill Church Road in Eden, Maryland. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds. Whitehead's body was discovered in the morning, and the investigation quickly led to the arrest of Marquel Brumskin, a 26-year-old man from Salisbury.
