In the summer of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in Riverdale Park, Maryland. On the evening of July 26th, 26-year-old Cesar Bazan, a male resident of Landover Hills, was involved in a dispute that quickly escalated to fatal violence. An argument broke out in the 5500 block of 54th Avenue, and in the ensuing altercation, Bazan was shot. Riverdale Park Police responded to a report of the shooting at approximately 8:30 p.m. and discovered Bazan outside with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to ...
