In the summer of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in Riverdale Park, Maryland. On the evening of July 26th, 26-year-old Cesar Bazan, a male resident of Landover Hills, was involved in a dispute that quickly escalated to fatal violence. An argument broke out in the 5500 block of 54th Avenue, and in the ensuing altercation, Bazan was shot.
