Juan Carlos Machado Rivas, a 28-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 13, 2017. The incident occurred around 11:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Graff Court. According to police reports, Rivas was standing outside when he was approached by several individuals and subsequently shot multiple times. Despite the prompt arrival of officers, Rivas succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
