Juan Carlos Machado Rivas, a 28-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 13, 2017. The incident occurred around 11:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Graff Court. According to police reports, Rivas was standing outside when he was approached by several individuals and subsequently shot multiple times.
