Kiwa Toomer, aged 53, was found dead on August 15, 2017, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in a condo located in the 14000 block of New Acadia Lane. Prince George's County police were called to the scene around 8:30 p.m. for a welfare check.
