In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Annapolis, Maryland, the life of 24-year-old Andrew Williams was tragically cut short. On August 23, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to the 1800 block of Bowman Drive in the Annapolis Gardens community after reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Williams suffering from injuries consistent with being shot.
