On September 4, 2017, Robert Tywaughn Branson, aged 39, was tragically shot and killed in Indian Head, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 1:55 p.m. when officers from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting in the 6000 block of Port Tobacco Road.
