In the late summer of 2017, the life of a young Hagerstown, Maryland man was tragically cut short. DeSean Que McNair, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on September 16, 2017. The incident that claimed McNair's life unfolded in a hallway of the Garden Plaza Hotel, leaving a community in mourning and law enforcement with a homicide to solve.
