DeSean Que McNair, a 19-year-old from Hagerstown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2017. McNair was shot on September 11, 2017, at the Garden Plaza Hotel on Dual Highway in Hagerstown. He succumbed to his injuries five days later at Meritus Medical Center.
