Jasmine Chandler, a 28-year-old woman from Baltimore, MD, tragically lost her life on February 25, 2018, in a double shooting incident. Chandler and her pregnant friend were sitting in a parked car on Park Heights Avenue near Belvedere Avenue when an unknown assailant approached and opened fire.
