In a commuter parking lot in Norbeck, Maryland, on August 4, 2018, a grim scene unfolded inside a Toyota Prius. Authorities discovered 89-year-old Thomas Willey, a male resident of the nearby Leisure World community, deceased in the front passenger seat from a gunshot wound.
