Kahlil “Lil” Alston, an 18-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on September 15, 2018. The incident occurred on North Grantley Street, at the border of Allendale and Edmondson Village, two of the most violent neighborhoods in Baltimore.
