Kahlil “Lil” Alston, an 18-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on September 15, 2018. The incident occurred on North Grantley Street, at the border of Allendale and Edmondson Village, two of the most violent neighborhoods in Baltimore. His death marked the 200th homicide in the city that year. Alston was known for his close relationship with his girlfriend, who remembered him fondly for always being there for her.
